Could you identify this old classic cartoon from the image I provided?
Ok! I'll try to explain! I made a video a few years ago using footage from an old cartoon which I forget. I removed the animated character and replaced it with images of myself. I have since lost the original video files. I am trying to remake it. I still have the images but not the audio or the original video files. I want to put the original sound back in but I can't remember what cartoon it was from. I think it may be a van beuren one? I can't remember. I bought it from one of those 1 dollar bargain dvd things that you see in grocery stores etc. Check the link below. It is an animated gif. Sorry I can't provide more information. I remember something with plates being broken too! It had a main character but I don't remember what it looked like. Thanks! read more »
Can someone help me remember this 80's cartoon that took place at a high school? (More details within as that's not very specific)
This has been in my head for DAYS...Google is of no use given the information I have.
To start with, I'm 99% sure it is not Hero High, as I don't think the characters were super-heroes. And I'm fairly certain I've never seen Hero High. I can't 100% rule it out, but I'm 99% sure that isn't it, but that is what Google will show more often than not.
Here's what I know for sure about this cartoon:
Was on in the early or mid 80's
Revolved around a bunch of high school students all of whom were 80s stereo types
One character was named only "Punk Rocker"
The students were always running afowl of their middle-aged or old female principle (who I remember thinking acted a lot like Principal McGee from Grease, but it is NOT the same actress) read more »
I am looking for a cartoon from the 80s that I can't remember the name of. It had an aircraft carrier in space that sent jets down to earth. There was even an old school Captain that steered the space carrier. The pilots could transform them into a "mech warrior" of sorts. It wasn't Transformers that I am sure of. They were protecting us from something that came from space.
There was also a sub-plot/love story as some of the pilots hung out/dated.
The cartoon was definitely Japanese.

dilbert - yep, question about dilbert. there is a dilbert cartoon i want to send my boss, but i cant find it.
there is a cartoon when dilbert describes what he does as a job. he tells how he makes a presentation about obsolete info, and that no one reads, and the mtg gets cancelled, etc. um thats about the best i can describe it. i saw it years ago, but i cant find it on the net. and mefi users have an idea where i might find it?
When I was in sixth grade many years ago, I passed out after gym class one day. When I woke up, I had vivid memories of cartoonish bananas dancing around a red pool of blood, chanting "E equals MC squared" over and over.
When I told people about it, they understandably though I was insane, but the scene has stuck with me to this day. I swear it was something I saw in a cartoon prior to that incident.
Can anyone help me find this cartoon?! Here's what little read more »
